All clients receive:

- Referrals to appropriate medical specialists as needed to manage acute or chronic conditions
- Referrals to functional medicine practitioners, nutritionists, physical therapists and other healthcare providers to support holistic wellbeing
- Lifestyle Guidance and Preconception Counseling that suits your individual goals:
- Comprehensive education that focuses on whole-person wellness:
- Health Assessment: Evaluating and addressing any pre-existing health conditions.
- Genetic Screening: Discussions about genetic testing and family history.
- Medication Review: Assessing current medications for safety during pregnancy.
