Hi, I’m Victoria —
Certified nurse midwife, mother of six, and the founder of Red Moon Midwifery. I created this practice for families who want something different: care that’s clinically excellent, emotionally grounded, and deeply respectful.

I had a great birth with RedMoon Midwifery with my first child at 20 years old. If you've ever experienced a hospital birth or traumatic birth, I can guarantee you birthing at home and with this team is nothing like that. RedMoon Midwifery genuinely cares about their clients, and doesn't look at their clients as just "another member of the hospital".
They're not in it solely for the money and you can tell. The level of love and respect I have for them is through the roof. During my birth, I set the vibe with my birth affirmations, music, dim lights so it was already going great. But during labor they were so hands on. They took turns applying pressure during my contractions.
They asked if they could check my baby during contractions to see how she was handling them, not demanded. The hard work didn't stop there, they cleaned up afterward.. they made sure baby weighed good and stayed until we were figuring out our latch. Made sure I could pee before i left. Just so much!
I've never had a hospital birth so I can't say much. But I will say, from what I know it is totally a different experience with little to no interventions and just letting the body do what it's made to do. Not only was the birth great, they've been great during my PP recovery. Checking in on me to make sure baby and I are doing well & available through their direct line if I need anything.
RedMoon Midwifery isn't just a business or a company, its a family. Once you become their client, you're not just a client you're treated as family. It's a great company and I love the work these women put in day and night.

We switched to RedMoon Midwifery care in our third trimester and am beyond thankful we did! My husband and I appreciated the true informed consent with all decisions for myself and baby. We were provided with tons of resources for just about everything. The birth class was extremely informative and helpful and the support during birth was very appreciated. My birth was extremely fast, so the midwife made it just in time to catch my baby but I heard her support on the phone the whole time.
We learned so much from them prior to our birth that I never once felt nervous. After my baby’s arrival the midwife provided amazing care for both myself and my baby. I never felt rushed or pressured and felt truly supported.
When I think about my birth, prenatal care and postpartum care I want to cry tears of joy because it went smoother than I ever could’ve asked for.
